Cimarron 1914

I thought you might be interested in this picture post card of Main Street, Cimarron, Kansas postmarked Aug 1, 1914. It was addressed to my grandmother, Cora Alice Byrd in Lewis, Kansas, daughter of Caleb Baldwin Davis and Mary Ann Hunt of Haviland. Jacob Meier was inquiring about boarding with her for the winter. My grandfather had died and she ran boarding houses to support her family of 3.
