I recall this picture. It must have been around 1957 or 1958.  According to my mom, Betty Thomas, Cimarron had the beauty pageants for different age groups, some for the guys and some for the girls.  I also remember that the prize, if you won, was a coupon book from local businesses that were quite valuable for kids my age.  I remember that Grandpa Thomas used to pay us $.25 for working on Saturday mornings at the Salvage Yard.  I knew that if I could win this book I could not only go to the show for $.20 and have my usual nickel candy bar (not long after this candy bars went to a dime but you got two smaller pieces) I could also have a $.10 coke and even a $.10 pop corn.  At that time I was probably around 10 or 11.  I will put names to the ones I think are right but would love to get more if anyone can help.  Click here if you can add or correct names.  SEE BELOW!
1.  Marc Nicolet  2. Nate English 3. Dick Monical  6. Steve Monical  7. Jim Newsome  8.  Randy Holland  9.  Jim Holland  10.  Dick Benton 11.  Mike O'grady  12.  Mike Barhydt 13.  Dennis Tuggle  14.  Jeff Menzie  15. George Legg  17.  Pete Thomas  19.  Benny Beery  20.  Dick English  22.  Lyda Cessna  24.  Willa Butcher.  B.  Ruth Davis  Email me if you know someone in this picture.  I have had some corrections already on these.  Jill (Menzie) Clinesmith has corrected me on her brother Jeff which I thought was number 20 because of the "Menzie Implement"  I now think 20 is Dick English.
Pete,
I can't recognize any of the kids in the picture but the movie on the bill board looks like the film, It Could Happen To You, with Judy Holliday
Chuck Hoskinson;   You are almost right Chuck.  I looked it up on the net and it is "It Should Happen To You" with Judy Holliday, Peter Lawford and Jack Lemmon.  Good job of catching it.  It was released in 1954.  I know Marc Nicolet is number one and is probably 7 or 8 yrs old.  if so that makes this picture around 1958 or 1959 as Mark graduated in 1968 so was probably born in 1950.
Corky (Vath) Kugler has helped on a few of the pictures.  She thinks 10 is Dick Benton and 13 is Dennis Tuggle.  Also, 15 might be George Legg.  I think she is right.  She also thinks the (B) Lady behind 16 and 17 is Ruth Davis.  She also asked a question....  If B is Ruth, Where is Wayne?; Corky, several have told me that #13 is Tom Tuggle, not Dennis.  Don't know for sure.  Maybe Tom will see this and know.
Just in from Laverda (Cessna) Doe.  Cess is pretty sure that number 22 is her mom Lyda and #2 is her brother Nate.  Be sure and look at the picture on the previous page that has a twirling team pictured.  Laverda sent that one and it is really, really neat.
