How do I find what I want an your home page?I have set up the site for two types of viewers. Some people like their information on the L. H. side so I have them there under headings that keep things in a certain classification. I also do the same in the body of the home page. At the top there are headings that I think are important. Click on those also.Back to TopWhere can I find certain things on your site?I have a search box on the home page. All that is needed is an entry in that box and then click on search. Keep it simple but use whole words if you know for certain how to spell the word. It will then go to listing of pages with that search criteria.Back to TopWhy doesn't my name show up when I search?I have many people and their pictures in this site. I am adding names to the school pictures as I have time. They go back to 1925 for Cimarron and just a few years after that for Ensign. If you have sent me information recently I may not have it loaded or if I have it loaded it may not have indexed yet. My site indexes every Sunday night or manually if I feel I need to. If it still does not show up after Sunday night contact me and I will get it fixed.Back to TopWho is in charge of this site?My name is Pete Thomas. I graduated from Cimarron High School in 1965. I am also the local John Deere dealer. I started doing a web site for my business in the 90's. At that time I still had kids in school and I attended many functions at the school. I had to have a digital camera for my work web site so it was easy for me to use it at those functions. I decided to do a site about Cimarron. I also do other web sites for local business's to help support my yearly costs.Back to TopWhy are there not as many school pictures as there were earlier?As I mentioned in the above question, I no longer have kids in school. Now I have grandchildren that seem to take up a lot of my time. I still try to get to some of the school events but find it harder as time goes on.Back to TopHow can we get more pictures and pages for school functions?I am very open to several things. One is contacting me to be at a particular function you have an interest in. If I can work it out I will be there. Another way is by sending me pictures of the event. Also, you can let me know of activities that may going on and I will make a page and add pictures at a later date. I will not put just anything on the site and will have the final say on content.
